Windows 10: I deleted my rightclick functionality with the windows explorer

So, a couple of weeks ago i was trying to squeeze the max preformance out of my windows 10 and i asked chat gpt to write me a scprit that checks for all non-vital services and programs and tasks that the computer is doing and to disable em. what i didnt realize is that it disabled more than it shouldve. my bluetooth was disabled and whenever i rightclick on the windows explorer or desktop it did nothing. i already enabled bluetooth but i cant figure out a way to enable the rightclick functionality. for example, on the desktop, rightlicking on it should make a little pop up with some actions su

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
