    I deleted Realtek R Audio and now i have no sound devices and cant hear any sounds.


    Not much details,my volume kept changing on its own i deleted the driver and restarted my Laptop and now i cant hear any sound.

    Realtek (R) Audio

    Hey guys,
    so I have a problem with my sound and microphone. Everytime I use my mic my friends can hear my game sound and it's really annoying. (Echo) There's also a missing sound enhancement.
    Now I can't even hear anything and I don't know how to change Realtek (R) Audio to Realtek High Definition Audio Device. Could someone help me please?

    PS: Sorry for my bad english I'm from germany. *Smile

    Sound Quality

    One thing that sticks out from looking at your "My Computer" specs. You list "ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)" which suggests you do not have the correct sound hardware driver. Your motherboard has Realtek sound and the first step is to install the Realtek sound drivers. My ASUS also came with Sonic Studio 2 which is a sound enhancement package. Check the ASUS install disc to see if you have something similar.

    May not be a speaker problem.
