As the title above I accidently removed Generic USB Hub drivers under Universal Serial Bus Controllers within device manager. This resulted in the computer getting stuck before getting into windows telling me to select the proper boot device. What I ended up doing is installing another copy of windows on a secondary hard drive I have. But I would like to fix the problem with my original copy of Windows, I tried scanning for hardware issues by making a usb windows drive but it did not help. Is there some way to access the device manager of my other copy of windows? Basically my problem is I nee

  2. KieX Win User

Error: No work available to process

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.

  3. Bluetooth driver error 10 when converted to Windows 10

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

Error code 10 is a driver error, as you have already tried to install the drivers I would suggest you to un-install and re-install drivers and check.

    Try the following steps:

    Follow the steps mentioned below:

    • Right on the start icon and click on device manager

    • Select Bluetooth adapter, right click on it and click on un-install.

    • Restart the computer,

    • Now, install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.

      Hope this helps.

Task scheduler user account list includes user accounts that have already been deleted from the computer.

Thanks for providing the results of the troubleshooting steps we provided. Since the credentials are still showing up in task scheduler, we suggest that you follow the steps below to check the entries in the credential manager and delete the entries manually:

    • Type the words Credential Manager in Cortana or the search box.
    • From the list of results select Credential Manager
    • From this screen, you can manage Web Credentials and
      Windows Credentials
      .

Once you have the screen open verify if any of the credentials you saw in task scheduler is present and manually delete them.

    Regards.
