Windows 10: I deleted something that had to do with my laptop's graphics card. My second monitor...

I was deleting stuff on laptop and I previously downloaded drivers on my old pc. I thought it was something that just carried over, and that I didn't need, however, in this laptop there is a laptop version 4060. I'm new to computers and have no idea what to do.

2. Is this the first time that you are trying to setup the display using HDMI?

You can try to use an adaptor (USB/HDMI or VGA as the card has 3 slots) to connect to monitor. I would also suggest you to get in touch with Nvidia to know more about this as there can be output issues while using adaptors and your Graphic card (GTX
1660 Ti) might not work as expected.

Force monitor to use second graphic card?

Hello,

I have two monitors and I have two graphic cards, one of which is damaged.

The only reason I am still using the damaged graphics card is because it's display ports are still working and my second graphic card doesn't have a HDMI port.
Because of this my full HD monitor is connected to the damaged graphic card while my older monitor is connected to the working graphic card.

Because my current shitty setup, I am not able to play even 720p videos on my Full HD monitor.
Is it possible to force my Full HD monitor connected to the damaged graphic card to force use the new graphic card?

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.
