I did a diagnostic start up and restarted my computer immediately. Now I'm locked out.It says "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again."When I click to set up my PIN again, I get this message:"The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application"I tried the command line approach of trying to access the c drive but it tells me that the drive is locked by bitlocker and I need to unlock it from the control panel but I can't get to the control pan

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!

The issue on your lock screen occurs if there’s an update that was applied to your device.
To better assist you, please clarify the following:

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  
• Any recent changes made prior to the issue?

You may also try these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings.
  
• Click Privacy.
• Look for Feedback & diagnostics and click on it.
• Under the Diagnostic and usage data, Select Full (Recommended).
• Close the Settings window, restart your device and check if the issue persists.

In case the previous steps failed to work, kindly follow these steps:

• Open Registry Editor: Regedit
• Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization then on the right side
  delete the value: NoLockScreen
• Restart the computer.
• Checked if the issue is resolved.

The "Open Diagnostic Data Viewer" is broken in Windows 10 (64) Version 2004

Step 1:

Click on Diagnostics & feedback on the left side, turn off View diagnostic data on the right side

Step 2:

Restart Computer

Step 3:

Click on Diagnostics & feedback on the left side, turn On View diagnostic data on the right side

Step4:

Now try opening the Diagnostic Data Viewer
