Windows 10: I did a dsim image cleanup up and now my computer runs at 1fps and I can't open anything....

I was trying to fix my broken game bar, so I did a sfc scan, but it didn't work, so I looked up how to fix that and it said to do a dsim image cleanup. It went through the process and and restarted. When it booted up it ran at 1 fps and it won't let mr click on anything. I can still use clrt alt delete, but that's it. I figured I'd try to do a factory reset, but it won't even let me click on the restart button on my lock screen.

To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you run DISM Restore Health command. Refer to the steps provided below:

• Open Command Prompt (Administrator).
• Type the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

why are most of my Steam games and Google running at exactly 1fps?

i have no clue, some games run normally but others don't. Google also runs at 1fps but the computer is fine, like, when i go to the desktop the pc runs completely fine, just google and some games have that stable 1fps, it doesn't go high or down, just 1fps

 

I think I found the error to my computer's freezing, can anybody help with this?

Please proceed in doing the following troubleshooting steps.

Run the System File Checker (SFC):

• Press Windows key + R to run Command Prompt.
• Enter sfc /scannow.
  

If SFC doesn't work, run DSIM command on your Windows 10:

• Press Windows key + R to run Command Prompt.
• Enter DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Allow the command to finish before closing the Command Prompt window. It may take a few minutes for this command to finish. If DSIM command changed anything, restart your computer and then run SFC command again.
