Windows 10: I did a factory reset on my pc and now I can't activate windows

Discus and support I did a factory reset on my pc and now I can't activate windows in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; After a factory reset I no longer have a valid windows installation.     I did a factory reset on my pc and now I can't activate windows


    After a factory reset I no longer have a valid windows installation. In my account there are two linked devices one is my laptop another is this pc but Windows claims the Windows installation on my pc does not match the device in my account. I'm not sure if I have the licence key, I couldn't find it and I have no way to contact the person who build it for me anymore. Is there a way to fix this or do I need a new licence? Microsoft doesn't sell Windows 10 licences anymore.
