Windows 10: I did a factory reset on windows and im stuck on select language since my keyboard and...

I’ve tried different ports and restarted my pc but those haven't fixed my problem, they do work when im in troubleshoot though

• Are you performing a factory reset on a laptop or a desktop?
• Is this the first time you perform a factory reset on your device?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve your concern?

In the meantime, if you're working on a desktop, we suggest that you try to use a PS2 keyboard just to bypass the installation process. Once Windows is up and running, you may now plug your mouse and keyboard to initialize Windows to detect these devices.

Want English language system with Japanese IME keyboard

To change the keyboard language.

  Press Windows +X
  
• 
  Click on Control pane;
  
• 
  Select Language
  
• 
  Click Language options
  
• 
  Add an input methods
  
• 
  Choose the appropriate language and check if you are to choose the language.

Language keyboard input doesn't equal output

Hi,

Language input may vary depending on the Input method set on your keyboard settings. To sort your concern, we suggest that you check if the desired input is set correctly by following these steps:

• Type in Language and keyboard options on the search box.
• Select the desired language that you're trying to set up.
• Once you've selected the language, select Options.
• Under Keyboards, select Microsoft IME and click
  Options.
• Scroll down and select Open advanced settings.
• A window will pop up. Under General tab, click the drop-down arrow for
  Input method and select the desired input.
• Click OK.
