    I did a hard reset on my pc and I turned it off during the process and I dont know what to do


    I was reseting my pc because i wouldnt stop getting pop up ads after i downloaded something and i accidently turned it off during the factory reset and then every time it would try to turn back on it would say something like 'there was an issue with booting up please click ok to try again" but then every time I click ok it just turns off and on and take me right back to the screen that says the "there was an issue..." and I know nothing about computers so I need a simple fix or some good directions lol thank you
