    Cade Cox ordered the XBOX Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 on 07/17/23. The shipping address is Cade Cox -356 Long Cove - Madison, Ms. 39110.Our shipping address is 356 Long Cove Madison, Ms.39110 - You shipped my order #7587534307 to a completely different address. The tracking number shows it went to Subhadra Poddar - 10510 Swanee Mill Trce, #J1 - Glen Allen, VA 23059-4858. I do not know this person and this IS NOT WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED. Track it on 1ZW8597X9004900406. If you pull that number you will see where it went and it was not to CADE COX in Madison, Ms. 39110When I

    Changing Shipping Address for Pending order

    Hello my dear,

    I submitted an order of branch plaque for competency partner, and by mistake I keep the shipping address of our Headquarter, however, supposed to create a new shipping address for our branch location. The order still in progress status and I want to change
    the shipping address to deliver the shipment to the branch, could you please help in this before I receive it in our HQ? I did not receive my order you shipped this to TO A PERSON I DO NOT KNOW AND ANOTHER CITY... :(

  3. Order is not shipped yet

    I had odered for a Nokia N900 after a long wait for this product. i had to pay extra money for fast shippment, which was 1-3 business days as it was mentioned on Nokia website. However it has been 3 days now and there is no tracking # or shipping details
    sent to me. Neither can i now cancell my order nor i know when is my order going to be shipped. customer service has horrible service, and no proper answer. i am not sure if some one can help me at this point...

    Order placed on June 2 and the Laptop is being shipped now July 21.... Is this the Microsoft ?

    Hello there,'

    1. I have ordered a HP laptop on June 2nd 2017 (Order Number:
    5618710261)

    2. Until 5-6 Days I didn't see any update on the order and No email of shipment ; website promised to ship it to me in between 3-5 business days.

    3. I called the customer care to find-out the correct Status on the order.

    4. Customer care executive suggested me to cancel the order as he couldn't find the correct status of the order and he felt it got stuck and it didn't go through the Accounting or shipping process.

    5. Customer Care executive suggested me to cancel the existing order and suggested to place a new order on phone.

    6. I gave the card information to place new order, as it got stuck he couldn't update the old Order status so he escalated ticket to close the old order (Old#5618710261).

    7. Customer care executive placed the new order (Order Num # 5253955352) on June 7. Amount charged to my account immediately.

    8. On June 8/9 I received a Laptop (for old order Number) and on June 12/13 I recived the Laptop for new Order.

    9. Called customer care, explained the situation; on the other side because of the escalation created on old order Supervisor called me and talked to me.

    10. Customer care don't know that I had received 2 laptops; but being honest to such a honest Microsoft I returned the Old laptop tied to old order number.

    11. Supervisor closed the case. and didnt even ever bothered to appreciate the inconvenience caused to me for all the chaos.

    12. Now after 50 Days ... Got an email saying the order is shipped and Laptop is coming and Order amount was charged to my CARD..

    I am unhappy for Microsoft charging my account, not cancelling the order, causing so much of inconvinience.

    Please help me how to deal this peacefully, I have huge presence on Social Media. I know how to spread this negligence caused me so much inconvenience and people can never by from Microsoft store..

    Stop bullying Customers who are loyal..
