Windows 10: I did the pc recovery and it still has my username at the login but I can’t login why ?

I’ve read every article I can but it shouldn’t be this complicated. I’m trying to sell my pc but I’ve had to turn down offers because I can’t login to the pc after doing the pc recovery reset, I wiped all data but apparently my name is still at the login and I have to do more work ? Apparently I have to install a windows system on a flash drive and then boot my pc from that and reinstall everything ? Why is this the case?? Is there any easier way to remove my user before I have to go to a friends house and use their pc to do all of this ?

Login problems

I can´t login in the betaforum. I think it´s a problem with a char in my nickname "ü".
WTF??? Any advice?

login screens

goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
