Windows 10: I didNetwork reset from settings it opened automaticrepair screen all otheroptions doesnt...

I got a problem in my Windows 10 laptop. So when I connect to the wifi most of the times it say Can not connect to this network I used to restart the laptop and it works when i open it again. But this time it didn't work so I searched up solutions someone said to do this steps Settings>Network and Internet>Network reset When I did that the laptop restarted and opened automatic repair blue screen as if I rebooted it i chose restart and it loads a bit with lenovo black screen on then after a few mins it comes back to the same reboot screen and says Your PC did not start correctly . I
