Windows 10: I didn't notice since when, but I am having the issue of the loading circle keeps spinning...

The blue spinning loading circle has been nonstop next to the arrow, it does not affect any usage of the computer but just annoying and wondering how did this happen. Does anyone know what could be the cause of it and how to fix it?

Hi Microsoft Community,

Why does the spinning circle appear every time I click onto the Windows Start button? It's not loading or deleting anything, so what's actually happening? The spinning circle also appears every time I click onto the arrow on my taskbar that shows the hidden
devices. Plus, it annoyingly appears when I click off all my tabs and exit the web browser. Should this happen, or is there something wrong? There's also another issue I have which involves my OneDrive. I've noticed that it processes changes once a day and
keeps everything in sync. I find this a bit odd, because it's as if my OneDrive is having trouble syncing all my things. Is this normal?

or a malfunction on the mouse hardware. To get you sorted, kindly answer the questions below.

• Were there changes made prior to the issue?
• What are the troubleshooting steps that you have done in an attempt to resolve the issue?

For case isolation, we suggest that you install the driver for the mouse directly from the manufacturer's website.

To help you resolve the loading spinning circle, may we know if you have a recovery media, or are you able to create recovery media? The recovery media will help you check if the system files are intact; the data of the hard drive is intact, and / or to
check the partitions of the hard drive. Also, may we know the troubleshooting steps that you have done in an attempt to resolve the issue?
