Windows 10: I disable my driver and can't see nothing on the screen at all how can I reenable my driver?

I dialed my drive and my screen is black and can't see anything?

Black screen after updating display drivers

I understand that after upgrading the graphics drivers, you are receiving a Black screen. I’ll certainly assist
you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• 
  When exactly do you see a black screen?
  

• 
  Are you able to boot the computer to the login in screen?
  
• 
  What is the make and model of the computer?
  

I suggest you to try refreshing the graphics driver by using the key sequence
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B and see if that helps.



I would suggest you to try booting the computer into Safe Mode and try disabling the display driver. Refer
the article on Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10.



After booting the computer to Safe Mode, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. 
   Press
   Windows logo key + X, and select Device Manager.
   
2. 
   Expand
   Display Adapters.
   
3. 
   Right click on the
   Display driver and select Disable device.
   
4. 
   Restart the computer.
   

If this allows you to boot the computer to normal mode, try uninstalling the driver.
To do this, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. 
   Press
   Windows logo key + X, and select Device Manager.
   
2. 
   Expand
   Display Adapters.
   
3. 
   Right click on the
   Display driver and select Uninstall.
   
4. 
   Restart the computer.

Unable to disable touchpad drivers.

Hello,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I understand your inconvenience. Don’t worry. We will assist to resolve this issue.

I would suggest you to enable the touchpad drivers, restart the computer and then again disable it and check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, Download and Install the latest touch pad drivers from the manufacturer’s website and check.



You can install previous operating system drivers in compatibility mode if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.



Follow these steps:

b) In the search box type “Run programs made for previous versions of Windows” and select it from the list.

d)Select the drivers and
install.



Once you update the latest drivers, try to disable touch pad.

disable driver signature enforcement

Hi Barbara,

To resolve this issue, let's use the command prompt to disable driver signature enforcement permanently on your computer. To disable, follow the steps below:

• Click the Start button.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt and then right-click
  Command Prompt in the results.
• Select Run as Administrator, and then select Yes.
• On the command prompt, enter bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on and press
  Enter.
• Restart your computer.

Note: Doing this step will disable driver signature enforcement permanently and will make your computer vulnerable to driver issues.
