Windows 10: I DISABLED ALL IN MSCONFIG AND CANT USE PIN TO LOG IN. What can I do???

I have tried many methods including trying to go to ultimate but wasn’t able to even get there because I realized my Local Disk: C was not accessible because of bitlocker! I am shaking because of how scared I am right now. I’m begging for help. I am willing to post images if needed! Thank you to the people who help me!

Surface Pro 3

I accidently disabled all services in MSConfig. I am brought to the lockscreen but with no pin pad and so I cannot log in.

Windows + Q does not bring up anything.

 

Disable Sign In PIN

You can also disable PIN using registry. Try these steps:

1. Open Registry Editor.
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System.
3. Set AllowDomainPINLogon to 0.
4. Close Registry Editor and reboot your system.
