    I disabled all my services in Msconfig and when I try to login I can’t put my pin


    I tried to download an app from the Microsoft store and it says that another app is installing, I disabled services in Msconfig and after I restarted my laptop I can’t put my pin, it says “something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your pin again.” When I press set up my pin nothing happens. Help me fast!

    Disabled all services in MSConfig

    Surface Pro 3

    I accidently disabled all services in MSConfig. I am brought to the lockscreen but with no pin pad and so I cannot log in.

    Windows + Q does not bring up anything.

    I accidentally disabled all msconfig services,all appears are the internet icon wich is not connected to the internet,ease of access and power icon. I cant log in to the window that is already been disabled please help me on how to enable all the msconfig
    services that i accidentally disabled.
