Windows 10: i disabled all services on system config now my computer wont turn on

i disabled all services on system config and when it restarted my computer it shows its logo but when its finished it shows a black screen even on my other moniter does anyone know how to fix this?

Disabled services in system config, cannot log into windows

I disabled services in system config due to a suggestion I saw to help my PC run quicker. It had me restart my PC after doing so and since then I can no longer log in, it only prompts with "Something happened to your PIN" and if I try to reset the PIN nothing happens. I tried reseting but the boot menu has no such option any more. I am completely stumped as I can not even log into my account to open settings or anything.

3. Then click on Update & security.

4. Click on Windows Defender.

5. Then try to turn on the Windows Defender services.

Note: If a third party security software is installed on the computer, then it will disable Windows Defender.

• Does the computer boot to the Desktop?
