Windows 10: I disabled Cortana with gpedit, but now I can't type in the search bar

Discus and support I disabled Cortana with gpedit, but now I can't type in the search bar in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; P.S.     I know how to do all of that, and I'd rather install Linux on it than go back through turning off all Microsoft's crap again. As far as I'm concerned they should have named 10 Vista 2. Thanks for trying, Man. I do appreciate the effort. I'm sure it has something to do with this new build, because as I said, it was fine until they updated it! Once it screws up more peoples systems, I'm sure there will be plenty of info about it online.
