Windows 10: I disabled one drive and now explorer keeps freezing up

I recently had to disable one drive cus it was just keept on filling my email storage. Now explorer keeps on freezing and has become very unreliable. I wonder if thers a fix. If its me needing to enable onedrive again. Then i would like to know how i can make sure onedrive isnt uploading any thing from my pc cus i dont want this service. Only way i could find to do this was to unlink it. But now explorer is behaving like a messWith the 5gb of space is very small but this is a service that feels forced. Its sad if this subscription service is a must to be able to run windows.

Chrome keeps freezing on Windows 10

Windows Explorer freezes may be due to third-party programs or virus infection. As an initial troubleshooting step, temporarily disable your antivirus programs. After that, replicate the issue if it will freeze. You can enable your antivirus program after
we troubleshoot.

If the issue persists, you can try refreshing/restarting Windows Explorer by following these steps:

• Open Task Manager by typing it in the Cortana search bar, then press Enter.
• Look for Windows Explorer, then right-click it and select End task.
• The taskbar will disappear at the bottom of your screen.
• On the Task Manager, look for any installed application like your browser.
• Right-click it and select the Open file location. A new window will appear.
  
• Click the File tab and select Open Windows Powershell, then select Open Windows Powershell as administrator.
• Type in explorer.exe and press Enter.

It should put the taskbar back at the bottom of your screen. Check if it will freeze again.

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
