Windows 10: I disabled the wrong users admin privileges

I am not sure what is going on fully, but I was trying to get another user added with admin access so that I wouldn't need to log in to my computer. Well, I did something wrong and the user only shows up on restart tries to login for me and fails every time because it says incorrect password. I was trying to disable the user so I could fix it later. Another post here said to disable it via PowerShell, so I did, or at least the user I thought it was. Now it only shows a user that does NOT have admin access, and it's not at all my desktop nor do I have all my programs on this user. I can see w

Need help with Admin privileges

That's what puzzles me, I am logged-in as (my username) but still won't give me admin privileges. I checked under control panel/users amd it shows me as a local account. Tried to right click on CMD prompt but the "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" doesn't show up

any one can help to create wmi user with non-admin privilege, user will be able to scan all windows computer and can read all information from domain computers?

if you can provide me a steps or powershell script!
