Windows 10: I disables all services in msconfig now can not use pin to log in. Bitlocker is blocking me...

Hello,I disabled all services in msconfig by mistake and am now logged out and the pin is no longer available for use.I cant get to system32 because bitlocker is blocking me from accessing local drive C so i have to use X, and im also on laptop. Ive seen people with this problem but no one so far has responded with an answerI am super scared and am begging right now for help.I can send pictures if you need any.

Disabled all services in MSConfig

I accidently disabled all services in MSConfig. I am brought to the lockscreen but with no pin pad and so I cannot log in.

Windows + Q does not bring up anything.

 

Msconfig services disabled

I accidentally disabled all msconfig services,all appears are the internet icon wich is not connected to the internet,ease of access and power icon. I cant log in to the window that is already been disabled please help me on how to enable all the msconfig
services that i accidentally disabled.
