Windows 10: I discovered I a web that is so weird and looks like it's a scam

Looking for a particular web site ?

I remember seeing this here but i can't find it using the search thingy.

A guy posted a web site that had a comprensive list of all Windows update 32&64. I used to have it in my favorites before i formatted my HD.

Does someone know it?

They suggested a sticky for it but they never did.

 

Was I scammed?

You were scammed.

The next time it happens, follows these three steps:

1. Make an appropriate gesture at your monitor.
   
2. Do not click anywhere on the window - not even on the 'X' that you would ordinarily use to close a window.
   
3. Open Task Manager and 'End task' on your web browser. You'll lose all your open tabs, but you won't get caught in a scam.
   

Remember: Microsoft will never contact you in any way, unless you previously asked them to contact you.
