Windows 10: I do not have a Bitlocker Recovery Key!!

I bought new Lenovo laptop in January 2025. I haven't used it much and when to start it up today first time in a month or 2 and I have a blue screen asking for a BitLocker Recovery Key. I have very basic IT knowledge and never ever set this up. When I go to what I think was my Microsoft Account there is no Devices listed and therefore no keys available. When I go to "Skip This Drive_Troubleshoot_Reset this PC" It says "There was a problem, resetting your PC" The only other option is that I have set up windows on this laptop with a new Microsoft Account that I have no written record of and pe

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
