    Can't add Cell Phone To Account

    To verify my ID when signing in to my MS account it asks to send a code to my email address or my land line phone. When I try to add my cell phone number to my Contact profile, it states that number is already taken. Also, I do not see even my land line
    number listed. I do not have a Skype account or another LocaL Account. Help.

    How do I access "Security"? MS seems only to be able to provide a security code via cell phone. I need to be contacted via land line.

    I have a question about cell phones. If you have a quad band phone and your moving from germany to america, will you be able to transfer the service of the phone to a provider in the states. I realize this may not be the place for this, but i dont have an account with GN forum so i put it here.
