Discus and support I do not have the option of select Double-sided print. Is Brother DCP-L3552CDWPrinter in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Hello teamI do not have the option of select Double-sided print anymore.     No option to print double sided

    This happened to me, with my Brother colour laser printer. Essentially prior option for double sided printing vanished. Trying to update the driver showed driver already up to date, and fault finding found nothing wrong.

    https://www.howtogeek.com/761173/how-to-print-double-sided-on-windows-11/ is totally useless, because the option no longer exist.

    Eventually what fixed it, was I deleted the printer under Devices and Printers in Control Panel, headed to the Brother website and downloaded their Windows 11 software associated with the printer, and used the new downloaded software to "reinstall" the printer as if it was new.

    Double sided printing

    I have an ASUS laptop running Windows 10. I'm trying to print double sided on a Brother 9330CDW. There is no option to print double sided and in the settings it says Duplex Unit not installed (this is greyed out so I cant change it). I can print double
    sided on the same printer when using an Apple iMac. Any ideas?

    No option to print double sided

    Same thing is happening to me. I have a Brother MFC-J6530 printer and everything was working fine on my laptop with Windows 10. I updated to Windows 11 a few days ago and suddenly I no longer have the option to print double sided, or the option to print in B&W or colour. The printer driver is already up to date. I have tried changing in printer preferences but it only shows me the layout page. I've tried printing in different avenues and formats. This is clearly a Microsoft issue. Very frustrating.
