Discus and support I do not have the Realtek R Microphone Array option at all in settings in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I tried checking in the control panel, however the option is not there. I noticed the driver for the microphone is not there either. I only see the Speakers in the Device manager and nothing for Microphones.I can use external headphones - but not the internal laptop... -
