Windows 10: I do not know if I have a real malware but my computer is being suspicious.

I've recently installed a game from a friend that I've played and nothing unusual had happened. A week later my windows defender has detected that that game folder was a trojan:win32 sort of thing, more specifically, I pressed the remove option to remove the trojan of course, and it wouldn't budge. I kept getting notifications from windows defender that that same folder was being detected as a trojan, even if that folder was already deleted. So I removed the logs from windows defender to remove the notifications. I then noticed that my computer had been slower from the lack of memory, taking a

Start your machine with the Windows install CD/DVD, start the recovery console, list the enabled drivers/services, disable anything you find suspicious.
