Windows 10: I do NOT need Microsoft 365 - I have a permanent license

I have a permanent Microsoft license for my personal PC that includes Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. I sometimes use the PC at work which has Microsoft 365. Now, Microsoft is trying to get me to buy 365 because I've used my personal email/files on the work PC. I keep getting messages that says Microsoft needs to "fix" my account. My account does NOT need to be fixed. How can I stop these messages?

We have more than 600 users and ofiice 365 E3 license. For "Microsoft 365 business" which type we should take license?

Windows 10 Licenses with Microsoft 365 Business

According to the service description (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/of...ns/microsoft-365-business-service-description),
“If you have devices that are licensed for Windows 7 and 8.1 Professional, Microsoft 365 Business provides an upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.”

What if my devices are not licensed for Windows 7, 8.1 Professional or Windows 10. Will purchasing a Microsoft 365 Business subscription give me a licese to use Windows 10?
