    Hi guys, I'm back.

    Well after replacing the WiFi card in my wife's laptop, she was complaining about slow speeds on the internet. The card I installed was not a dual band card so I ordered a newer card that is dual band with Bluetooth. I just installed it and now she has a 5G internet connection which was the intended goal but no Bluetooth.

    Her laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5755 Service Tag 848Z9G2 running W10 Home and this is the card I just installed...

    On the devices page for Bluetooth, there is no button showing to turn Bluetooth on or off. I have tried everything I know to do including reinstalling the card.

    So, here I am in the land of experts once again asking for advice. I hope I did not buy the wrong card but I don't think I did. Thanks for any and all help.

    Bluetooth on off switch missing.

    Good, reseating the dongle is usually a first step with connected devices.

    Bluetooth wont switch on

    After updating to the latest version of Windows 10 my Bluetooth has stopped working it won't switch on, I've tried all steps suggested to fix this but none work.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Bluetooth in windows 10

    My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

    I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

    Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision
