Hi,

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key + X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter.

This reply did seem to temporarily fix the problem for a few days, but it has returned.

Looking at the FAQ's this seems to be a problem that affects a few users. Will there be a "fix" available soon from MS ?

My other PC is running Windows 7 and doesn't have any problems at all, this PC was previously running Windows 8.1 and also did not have any problems. From this I am assuming that the problems lies within Windows 10.
