Windows 10: I do not want to contribute to any MS products' Insider Programs

I do not want to contribute to any MS products' Insider Programs. I do not want my computer use, internet activity or habits to be monitored or shared with anyone, ever. It is easy to go to settings and stop the MS W10 Insider Program. How do I get MS to stop collecting data on other MS software products?

link. Please make sure that you are registered to the Insider program. Once registered, you can now install the Windows 10 Insider Preview for
your device.

Getting out of the Insider Program

I never completed the insider program step. I would like to get out of it without having to complete it without having to proceed and then having to reinstall Windows 10.

Any suggestions?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
