Windows 10: I do not want windows 11, and am trying to downgrade to windows , but the app...

I have been trying to downgrade my windows 11, I don't like how I cant even turn off app recommendations settings. I cant roll back to a previous version because this is a new computer. And every time I try to turn off the app recommendations settings, it doesnt work. I am trying to downgrade to windows 10, and please tell me how I can either turn off app recommendations settings or switch to windows 10 without using that option. This is very hard process for no reason.
