    i do not wish to renew my Answer Desk Renewal Subscription


    Hello, i no longer use a computer at home and I wish to cancel my Answer Desk Assure Subscription. I thought I cancelled the subscription last year, however, I received an email for the renewal. How do I finally cancel the subscription?

    I believe these requests are all scams. Answer Desk if no longer operative- supplanted according to my experience with online help associated with MS 365 which itself is renewed annually, on a subscription basis. I suggest all of those credit card renewal requests be sent to junk mail. JGW

    Trying to cancel Answer Desk Assure Auto-Renew

    I want to turn off auto renew for my Answer Desk Assure subscription. Every time I hit "manage account" I get taken to a virtual agent who says "something went wrong" when it tries to turn off auto renew.The agent then suggests I go to the same subscription
    page that started the failed auto-renew process. So, it goes in a circle, defaults to "something went wrong" and then starts all over again. How do i turn off auto-renew for Answer Desk Assure?
