Windows 10: I done the recovery form and it still says not enough information.

I have provided the right information for the recovery form even the card I used for purchases goods on my xbox one. However, when I get the email sent to me for my account recovery it tells me that I do not have enough information provided. How do I not have enough information provided when I gave my xbox name, xbox ID and the card I made purchases with. I would appreciate some help on this matter. I do not have access to the old email I used for this account and I am not able to recovery it. I have been attempting this for weeks because I do not want to lose all my progress on my games and a

No response to Account Recovery Form

Hello, I sent out a couple of Account Recovery forms and since some lacked important information, they were denied. After including more details based from memory/screenshots/transactions it seems that the recovery form ceased it's responses. Why is that? And what steps can I take to get an answer to how to get my account back?

I have a different issue but mine was my account was locked and I've sent multiple account recovery form but it always says my information was not enough. You can only send 2 forms a day but trust me you will never get your account back.
