    I don't have access to my old email. How do I update this if I can't verify?


    This has been a pain point for the last 10 years. My old email I deleted from Gmail a while ago, but have never been able to update my email for my Microsoft account because I need to verify a new email address with the old one which I don't have access to if I use the text message option to verify... I never receive a code via text message. How can I update my email?
