Windows 10: I don't have admin rights - details under

    I don't have admin rights - details under


    So I've enabled the hidden administrator account and logged into that and still have no admin rights like I can't modify regedit or Windows Security say "IT professional locks you from accessing Windows Defender" stuff.So I have 2 users active right now. Me and that enabled Administrator. Just 2. Both can't access Windows Defender Security Settings. I am using Windows 10 Pro. & I can't modify anything via command prompt because it's "Error Access denied". So any help?

    admin rights keep disappearing!?!!

    Hi guys,

    I am actually having a problem at work that our IT department hasn't been able to figure out. I am supposed to be a member of the admin group. We are on a domain. The problem is that everytime I reboot the computer I loose my admin rights(no longer in the administrator group) and just become a normal user again. I have tried googling this and didn't get to many results.
    I believe IT is just giving me local admin rights, not admin rights for the whole domain.

    Any suggestions?

    EDIT: It is on Windows XP Pro.
