Windows 10: I dont have administrator on MY computer at all

Recently found out i dont have administrator, It happend when i couldnt press yes in a UAC prompt, the prompt only had option no and asked for a password without any text box thing, I tried to reset my password but it says access denied on all administrative cmd commands and I cant reset my pc since it has UAC prompt, I tried using safe mode and that didnt have admin, i tried logging into the administrator account and it has a password i dont know and i cant reset it since i dont have admin. Can someone help me get my administrator back?

Becoming the administrator on my own computer

I suggest you to enable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Right click in the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command:

Net user administrator active:yes

3. Restart the computer and login to the built-in Administrator account.

4. Delete the account which is not required and make the required account as Administrator.

5. Sign-out from the built-in administrator account and login to the other account which is made as the Administrator and check for status.

After creating a new Administrator account, disable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Right click in the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command:

Net user administrator active:no

Windows 10, Says I'm not the Administrator of my own computer any more.

enable the built-in administrator account on Windows 10 by running a command in an elevated command prompt. In order to do so, kindly follow these steps:

• Open Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
• Accept the User Account Control prompt.
• Enter this command to enable the hidden administrator account:
  net user administrator /active:yes

System administrator and You Tube restricted mode

1. Are you using a local account or Microsoft account?
   
2. How many user accounts are there on the computer?
   
3. Do you have another administrator account on your computer?
   

I suggest you to refer the following link to Turn Restricted Mode on or off on YouTube - Computer - YouTube Help for YouTube.

If you are having another administrator account on your PC, you can login to the administrator account and provide administrator access to the user account. Follow the steps mentioned below.

Steps:-

1. Tap on Windows + R on the keyboard.
   
2. Type netplwiz in the run box.
   
3. Under the Users tab, click on the
   user account and click on properties.
   
4. Under Group Membership, select Administrator from the list.
   
5. Click on Apply and OK.
