Windows 10: I don't have any Bitlocker recovery keys to uploaded in your Microsoft account

i have tried many methods but cannot recover, i bought a pc with already license microsoft 10 on it in amazon, where to find iti tried the most capable of 5 methods but it's can't, this is ur first method you have recomended In your Microsoft account: Sign in to your Microsoft account on another device to find your recovery key. This is the most likely place to find your recovery key. And this is how i recieved on, but i dont know what to do. Thanks for all.

No, no other accounts.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
