How do I stop Windows 10 from trying to run PhoneExperienceHost.exe, version: 1.22112.142.0, I don't have any phones connected to my PC either mobile or landline. How can I stop the Phone app from running?

My phone and PC don#t work together

I have a Windows Vista PC 32 bit and a T-Mobile MDA Compact V (Same as HTC Touch Diamond2) phone with windows 6.5 operating system and installer software disk 4.5 so i've been told.

That's not the case here where the mobile speed is prehistoric.

The problem with landlines is that they are very expensive to maintain and to install in the first place, I think there will be a gradual decline in use over time as more and more people have access to a Mobile service. I know a lot of people who no longer have a landline phone and this will become more the norm over time.

The current telecoms system is being converted to fibre optic - with Fibre to consumer becoming a lot more common, especially in metropolitan areas and this will remain even if the landline Phone itself disappears. Where the modern way works to reduce costs is to use Mobile Over-The -Air systems for data transmission, especially in rural areas where laying cables is very expensive, ( even with fibre ). I already have a faster available speed over my Mobile phone than I do over my landline connection, ( where the laying of newer cables is limited due to geographical constraints), and where the cost of cable options is prohibitive this will be a cheaper but still acceptable quality alternative.

I personally never make calls on my landline, as my mobile calls are "Free", I do retain a landline as if I ever need to make an emergency call the landline is geographically tagged to an exact location by the authorities, (and police, fire and ambulance services), so even if the call is not completed the location is known to the relevant service who can find the location of the emergency. Eventually this will be true of Mobile services too, It is possible to do now but is not a default at present
