Windows 10: I dont have bit locker key

I logged in in my laptop using my school account and that laptop is locked when I’m trying with the password to login to the laptop. It’s not working. It’s showing as incorrect password. I didn’t changed any password and I’m trying to find bit locker key in my school account, I don’t see any and I even contacted my university. They said you have to see that in your account. If you don’t have you need to reset your laptop, but I have important files in my laptop, so I don’t want to erase those please help me in this to login into my laptop.

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Bit Locker Key

Daughter laptop requesting bit locker recovery key.

She didn't change anything.

But overnight, its now requesting this. So assume an update occurred, that impacted this.

Ive checked our MS account and there no recovery keys there. He device is not even listed.

Is there a workaround, or fix. Ive looked at the support notes, and don't have a print out of the key or usb stick etc..

any help would be appreciated. As were stuck on the blue screen Bit locker screen.
