Windows 10: I don't have my bitlocker code and I can't reset windows 11

I purchased a new PC recently. After about a week of use I updated windows 11 and for some reason when the system rebooted it locked my out. I tried to obtain my bitlocker recovery key and was told I needed to update my phone number in order to receive the code to get my encryption key. After updating my info I was then told that it would take one month for the change to take effect. Which means I'm left without a working PC for a entire month. I then made the decision to try and reset/reinstall windows and was met with a error message stating that windows could not reset due to corrupted file

Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why

 

Nokia 5530 don´t start

Last year I bought a nokia 5530 but a few days ago it don´t start.. It just appear the nokia logo and nothing else... I´ve been trying to hard reset it like you say in here but it doesn´t work... Please help
