Windows 10: i don't have recovery code to reset laptop

Discus and support i don't have recovery code to reset laptop in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i need to reset my laptop but have no passwords for anything. and it has a recovery key which i can't get, i've booted the laptop onto a windows 10...     i don't have recovery code to reset laptop


    i need to reset my laptop but have no passwords for anything. and it has a recovery key which i can't get, i've booted the laptop onto a windows 10 usb, but when i go to download it says there's no media driver? please help asap
