Windows 10: I Don't Have "Security And Updates" Settings And Can't Access BIOS

I'm trying to access BIOS, and every website tells me to do it from Windows I have to go into settings and click "Security and Updates." Unfortunately, that setting doesn't exist, and searching for it produces no results.

I currently also have no way to access BIOS (my function keys are disabled, which is what I'm trying to fix.)

I've been trying to do this for hours and I'm desperate.

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

Hi Geoff,

To access BIOS settings under Windows 10 operating system, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, then click Settings.
• Click Update & security, select Recovery then under
  Advanced startup, click Restart now.
• Select Troubleshoot, then Advanced options, then click
  UEFI Firmware Settings.

stuff that don`t work

Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why
