Windows 10: I don't have the bitlocker key, having registered my devices in my microsoft account.

I have window 11, I updated the bios and at the end it asks me for the bitlocker key, I have already entered my account. my devices are registered, but my keys are not there. I have already done all the steps to see the recovery key but nothing. The computer is SaintKrones X570 Aorus. Thanks Id: E1B4A55E-E934-4A40-8E10-FB557AF1BC53

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.

 

Locked from BitLocker. What Microsoft account is my device on?

I decided to update the bios my laptop, and now I am locked out because of BitLocker. My understanding is that I can retrieve the recovery key from my Microsoft account. But, when I looked in my devices my laptop was not listed under my devices. How can I find out what account my laptop is registered in while being locked from BitLocker?
