Windows 10: I don't have the option "UEFI firmware settings" from the recovery menu. How can I enable...

I am running Windows 11 Pro version 23H2 on a new PC. I am unable to get to the UEFI or BIOS settings using the key on reboot method, for my system these are F7 and Delete. I have disabled fast startup. When I follow the path "Settings" -> "Update and Security" -> "Recpvery" ->"Restart Now" then "Troubleshoot" _> "Advanced Options" I get to a page with 6 choices: 1. "Startup Repair" 2. "Startup Settings" 3."Command Prompt" 5. "Uninstall Updates" 6. "System Restore" 7. "System Image Recovery"According to other sources there is supposed to be an option "UEFI firmware settings" but I

I did have UEFI Firmware Settings under settings / update and security / recovery / advanced startup - restart now

and then under troubleshooting /advanced

but it is no longer listed... how can I get the UEFI Firmware settings back into recovery?

Hey guys,
So Im trying to install a new graphics card, and I have to tweak some settings in the bios. Unfortunately, when I try to open it(pressing escape at startup, scrolling down, and selecting uefi settings and pressing enter) nothing happens. I looked this up, and it said to go to advanced startup and go through some steps to get to a menu that supposedly contains "uefi firmware settings". Now, I confirmed that this is the right menu, but the option is just not there. I thought about updating my BIOS, but there are no updates for it available.
Does anyone know what do?

UEFI Firmware Windows Settings Not Accessible

I own a HP Z1 desktop computer (HP Z1 Entry Tower G5 Base Model) with Windows version 21H2 installed. I've never been able to access the BIOS using the keyboard keys recommended by HP customer support. So, I've tried to get to the UEFI Firmware Settings via Windows Recovery. I can get as far as the menu that shows the UEFI Firmware Settings option. But when I click this option and then click restart, the UEFI Firmware Settings never display. Instead the computer displays a black screen, and I have to shut it off and back on again to return to Windows. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Please note that I have reset the CMOS.
