Windows 10: I dont know how to log in my user and alot of problems on my pc

When i try logging on my pc it says “The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.““User profile cannot be loaded.”When i to in safe mode the taskbar is flickering and glitching so i cant open anything like cmd for example but i can open the taskbar and it doesent glitchWhen i tried to completely delete everything when it was at like 24% done it just said “Undoing Changes” and sent me back to the sign in partIm not sure if theres more errors but i cant find any solution

Cannot log in to PC

It appears that you're having problems logging in to your computer. For us to effectively assist you with your concern, we would like to know the following:

• Did you make any changes to your computer prior to the issue?
• Are you using a Microsoft account to log in?
• Have you tried restarting your PC?
• Can you log in to other user accounts on your computer?
• Have you taken any troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem?

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

 

When a user logs in, other users are also logged in

Thank you for updating us. it is truly possible that another user is still being recognized by your operating system. To disconnect the other user logged in, you may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + Shift key + Esc
  to go to Task Manager.
• Go to the Users tab.
• If you see the other user there, right-click on it and press Disconnect.
