Windows 10: I dont know what happend

Discus and support I dont know what happend in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I let my HP laptop install an update while it was installing I noticed that it stayed at 54% suddenly the laptop restarted and is now showing this...     I dont know what happend


    I let my HP laptop install an update while it was installing I noticed that it stayed at 54% suddenly the laptop restarted and is now showing this

    i dont find my 5310 to install de ovi by nokia

    The issue is that my mobile model isnt in the list that the ovi has. so i choose the 5300 but nothing happend. I dont know if its the modle or the number that i write for the message isnt wright.

    Hi,

    It seems that most of the possible troubleshooting steps has been exhausted. For now we suggest that you change the default format of your microphone. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:

    • To do this right click the Sound icon in the bottom right of your screen.
    • Then select Recording.
    • Double click the Microphone to open Microphone Properties.
    • In Microphone Properties window go to Advanced.
    • Under the Default Format choose any of the 16 bit options.
    • Click Apply, then OK.
