Windows 10: I don't know what is main service and I have doubt about this .exe, it may be a virus...

This is what windows says when I try to uninstall it. I don't know what it means and what should I do about it. I have to add that this main service doesn't show itself in task manager. Recently I got rid of find.it pro malware from chrome by deleting the extension and I was thinking may be it has relate to find.it pro virus somehow, but I have no idea so that's why I need your help guys. I have done a full scan with windows defender and it have found some threats which i removed, now says everything it.s ok.

Services Problem

For future reference , blackviper also contains a list of default settings in case you can`t remember changing a service. There are TONS of guides and references like this on the web if you don`t like blackviper.

 

NESHTA.A VIRUS REMOVED BUT .EXE NOT WORKING

It is possible that you .exe is not working due to corrupted system files or account. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

• Does this happen with a specific application or with all of your application?
• Have you tried creating a new admin account to check if the issue also with new account or only with the current account?

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
