colour change

Using my laptop and left it for a bit, when returned the home screen has changed colour, very bland grey, white and peoples hair is yellow. No warm colours they disappeared. Any suggestion as to get my normal colours back

 

Navigatin back bar exactly shows yellow colour

Left and right mouse buttons have an unwanted highlight colour circle when clicked

Windows 10 sometimes lags when I type, and it lagged about ten characters at one point. When Notepad caught up, a strange new feature was apparent: clicking the left mouse button causes an annoying yellow circle to appear at the cursor, and clicking the right mouse button causes an annoying blue circle to appear at the cursor. I can't find any way to turn this off or disable it. I have never installed any cursor software to enable this sort of thing, and I haven't found any running programs or processes for popular software that allows this sort of thing.

It seems to have also replaced the cursor for some functions. For example, I no longer see the cursor in the particular size and colour I chose in Windows settings. Instead, the damn yellow circle follows the cursor when selecting text.

I suspect I have accidentally typed a key combination that has enabled this "feature".

Has anyone seen this feature or behaviour? How do I disable it?
