Windows 10: I dont recive my verification code

Every time i ask for a verification code i dont get it back, i recived a email saying my account was acessed by someone not me and that they where trying to do something with it and to get my account back i nened to verify it but every time i try to i dont get the code

Don´t recive sms verification code for any app

I can´t recive the sms verification code for any apps that send one, like whatsapp, line, etc. I could register in whatsapp because i used the call option. But couldnt with other apps.
